You may publish finalized content on your own social media channels, websites, and marketing platforms for your own business use. However, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, transfer, or make available the original files, templates, editable designs, Canva links, downloads, or source materials to any other person or business for copying, editing, reuse, or commercial exploitation.

Some content provided by Savvy Certification Ltd. may incorporate artificial intelligence tools in its creation, enhancement, editing, narration, audio production, or visual generation. Certain platforms, including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, may require or apply AI-related disclosures, labels, or other notices to content that is AI-generated or materially edited with AI. Meta states it may add “AI info” labels to a wider range of video, audio, and image content when it detects industry-standard AI indicators or when a user discloses that the content was AI-generated.

Savvy Certification Ltd. may identify certain files for convenience, including through file naming conventions, where we believe AI disclosure may be relevant; however, we do not guarantee that any file naming, notice, or internal designation will satisfy the requirements of any platform, regulator, advertiser policy, or third party. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable platform rules, advertising policies, disclosure obligations, laws, and regulations before posting, publishing, boosting, sponsoring, licensing, or otherwise using any content.

Meta also notes that AI labels for some content created or significantly edited with its tools may appear in the three-dot menu or, in some cases, next to “Sponsored,” depending on the circumstances.

All materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of legality, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, performance, or compliance with the requirements of any social media platform, marketplace, advertising channel, or other third party.

Savvy Certification Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, penalty, claim, dispute, takedown, demonetization, reduced reach, account warning, account suspension, account restriction, account closure, advertising rejection, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, modification, publication, distribution, or reliance on these materials.

Improper sharing, unauthorized distribution, or use of these materials in breach of this disclaimer or any applicable license terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Savvy Certification materials and resources without refund, reimbursement, or compensation.
