💡 Monthly Media Kits

How to Use Your Monthly Media Kit

These media kits are designed to save you time, help you stay consistent, and support your brand as a trusted sugaring professional. The templates are a starting point — your voice and personality still matter most.

1

On the month’s media kit landing page (sent to you via email), look near the top for the button that opens the Canva templates. (A paid Canva account is required.)

2

Scroll down the page to find the caption and hashtag templates. You can use these exactly as written, or edit them to better match your voice.

3

In Canva, customize everything: text, font style, colors, images, language, or layout. Add more text, use less text, translate it, or adjust visuals to fit your branding.

4

When you see the hashtag #SugaringYourCity, replace yourcity with your actual city name (for example: #SugaringPhoenix) to help with local SEO.

5

When finished editing, download your designs. If the post includes motion or animation, be sure to download as MP4 Video (JPEG or PNG will export as still images).

6

If you download multiple posts at once, Canva will save them in a ZIP folder. Right-click the folder and choose “Extract all files” before uploading to your scheduler or social platforms.

7

Upload your content to your favorite platform or scheduling tool, and pair it with the optional caption and hashtags from the media kit page.

Helpful tips: Some designs include layered video elements. Use Canva’s Preview feature or download and watch the file before posting. For the smoothest editing experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
